Wire-fraud protection
We never send wiring instructions by unsecured email and we never change them. Before any outbound wire we call the recipient at a known number to confirm. Ask us about our verification process before you send a dollar.

Is my deposit safe with a title company?
Florida title agencies are licensed and regulated by the Department of Financial Services and must keep escrow funds in a separate trust account that is reconciled and audited. Your deposit is never mixed with operating funds.
What if the deal falls through?
Your contract sets the rules. If both parties agree in writing, we release the deposit as instructed. If there is a dispute, we hold the funds until the parties resolve it or a court directs us.
How should I send my deposit?
By wire or cashier's check. Call our office to verbally confirm wiring instructions before sending. We will never change instructions by email.
